MIT Lecture Browser is a site that allows you to search a database of video lectures by keyword. For instance, searching for "Jeff Bezos," founder of Amazon.com, and you find a lecture in the ACM/IEEE lecture series, where Jeff speaks to a class of university students. Note: This site does not work in Firefox. Rather, you must use Internet Explorer.
Audio Resources
The Speech Accent Archive presents a large set of speech samples from a variety of language backgrounds. Native and non-native speakers of English read the same paragraph and are carefully transcribed. The archive is used by people who wish to compare and analyze the accents of different English speakers.
The Research Channel
The Research Channel is a gateway to programs of a television channel distributed to satellite and cable television subscribers. Videos and programs may be viewed online, and also saved. Very cool content!
